Who are the programmes for?
Managers, senior leaders and HR professionals who want practical skills grounded in evidence.
How long does each programme take?
Executive Leadership Acceleration runs over three months. Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work runs over 12 weeks.
How am I assessed?
Each programme ends with a practical submission based on your own organisation. Submissions are graded Pass, Merit or Distinction.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. You receive a Lakeshore Professional Certificate when you complete all assessment requirements.
Are degree programmes available?
Degree programmes are planned in partnership with accredited UK universities, subject to validation.
